Please note that due to the liquidated nature of our inventory, certain items may be subject to a restocking fee or sold as-is.
Verify Eligibility
Ensure your item is in its original packaging, uninstalled, and within the 30-day purchase window to qualify for a return.
Contact Support
Email our customer service team with your order number and photos of the item to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Secure Packaging
Pack the item securely in its original crate or box, clearly marking the RMA number on the outside of the package to prevent processing delays.
Ship and Refund
Ship the item back to our liquidation warehouse via a tracked carrier; once inspected and approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method.
